The heading says it all: we're reducing the prices of the two condos at 1221 Harvard St, NW by 25K and we're having an Open House from 1:30-4pm this weekend.
If you haven't stopped by these units, you should check them out. Unit #2 is my favorite for a couple of reasons: Master bedroom suite on the 2nd floor, the Master bath is a spa bathroom with a walk in shower, and the ROOF DECK. I love to entertain so I always envision lots of parties on the roof deck. There's even a gas hook up for a grill! And they placed the 1/2 bath of the top floor so guests can use the bathroom without having to visit the Master bath or go downstairs.
