I am happy to report that Unit 1 at 1221 Harvard St, NW is SOLD. Yes, it's very exciting news. I have one left, the top unit (pictured here). I'm having an Open House this weekend on Sunday, 9/13/09 from 1:30-4pm. Please join me if you're in the area.
